Blog Post Title One
Where are my all-or-nothing folks at? I am one of you. But I have learned/am learning that slow and steady is a skillset worth building. It pays off in the gym, in the kitchen and just about any place where you want to exist sustainably, safely and with self-respect. It’s hard to make small changes that yield small results…but over time, momentum grows and so does the satisfaction of knowing you did the damn thing again and again, and look at where you’ve wound up now. Let’s play the long game, people. Or at least try to try.
