Mindful Muscle™ provides personal and small-group strength training and mindfulness options for clients of all ages, stages of life, health status, and abilities. Training begins with an assessment, and includes periodic check-ins to chat about progress and factors such as nutrition, sleep, and stress. Mindful Muscle™ is happy to collaborate with other health or wellness providers to help clients establish a big-picture plan. The pricing below is for Mindfulness-Based Strength Training™, but flexible payment options and customizable programming is available for everyone. A portion of all sales are redirected to non-profit organizations.

  • Available for individual, small group, intergenerational or large groups

    • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (9-week program exploring the concepts of mindfulness in daily life)

    • Meditative Practice (sitting or laying in mostly silence with some guidance)

    • Mindful Movement (gentle stretching with a mindful focus on body sensations)

    • Functional Range Conditioning (new school joint strength for better mobility and movement quality)

    • Lifestyle Consulting (nutrition, sleep, hormones, ageing, common medical considerations)

    • Strength Training Workshops (seminars to understand the intention and execution of exercises including variations and progressions such as squats, deadlifts, pushups, etc.)

  • Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you know you cannot attend an upcoming session; effort will be made to reschedule the session within the training week. In the case of group training, the rebooking must work for all clients and the coach; if a new time cannot be arranged, the pre-booked session will proceed as usual, and the absent client will miss the session at no charge.

  • If affordability is a barrier to accessing this health service, please ask about options and alternate payment plans so that Mindful Muscle™ can serve you in a supportive and sustainable way.

  • All drop-in meditation and prayer sessions are free.
